How Good/bad Was Your First Guitar Project?

my first build was awesome...i didnt do the neck or the finish but just listen to people take advice and use the resources you have plan it all and take it slow -
no i doubt i will.....alot of studios have the one on top of the other set up so i cant see why its bad it might be bad if it was a bass amp but its not..and even then alot of ass cabs are still one on top of the other

make them all yourself for free out of scrap wood..easy

a guy near me made a guitar out of perspex and put tunnels in it with lids so he could put weird crap in there like spiders and rats thats unusual to say the least

thanks matt my mates brother owns a recording studio so its pretty high quality gear mainly pro tools stuff, although we just record it ourselves so its not as good as it could be. We're recording an acoustic single at the moment properly with his brother so when its released it will be as good as it gets. cheers for the comments

for the sticker metho works as well but i have a feeling that its the alcohol in both metho and naptha that does the trick so yeah as for the head stock ive seen a couple of thread that deal with it and have turned out really well so i'd just do a search

yeah i dont have anything against them but just dont like my friends attitude and although blast beat are cool stuff like carter...the type of jam band/jazz stuff just blows me away

yeah my mate loves them and he always tries to show me "hectic blast beats"...got to say im not that impressed so i show him a drummer like carter beauford and his like thats not that hard the DF guy could do it but i beat he couldnt...just because his not playing intensely fast all the time (although most of the time ) the DF guy couldnt play it because he has the emotional range of a teaspoon and carter simply knows how to bust out

he probably is on of the best but too bad guitar playing isnt just about technique.....which is why i find alot of that music like a drill into my head

no there are some site that just let you upload stuff and it plays on a quicktime player on its own page...if that makes sense

true but were i am many plugins and expansions come with little or no cost when you buy anything from the M range.... if not why not invest in a desk

yeah i was impressed on the recording sound it produced i had it running through a really nice preamp which helped alot i think it was avalon or eden cant remeber

i dont know if its been bought up...im mean theres 13 pages of stuff i cant be bothered reading but i reckon pro-tools is really good its a bit pricey but you can get an mbox mini for a reasonable price and it comes with some of the best software and hardware
