Seems like a great and knowledgable guy. I can't help but mention that I can't stand the mismatched look between the upper and lower horns, but that's OK. Doesn't change the quality of the craftsmanship or his obvious skill and passion.

You ain't missing much, believe me. I just got the last one and the guys work looks like a noob, and has some beginer mistakes on there too. Subtle ones, the ones that you won't do when you have done a few guitars.

No kidding man, that page is just loaded with amazing work! I thought he was good, but after seeing that it's more like WOW! Your a lucky, lucky man. The maple he has is amazing it's like 6A!LOL Oh yeah one thing that impressed me a lot was how he was able to match the headstock trussrod covers. Just simply amazing, I don't think I could ever be able to get a match that good. Great stuff!!! Good Luck! Jason

Man do i feel ya, i had a similar experence. My old guitar teacher at school was best friends with the owner of one of the gibson factories back east. I should him my work and he loved it. He contacted the guy at Gibson to send me back there for a few months so i could learn everything and help gibson out. Well, the guy totally loved the idea and said he would pay for everything (travel expences and everything) well summer was coming, i kept asking him to call him back but he ended up moving before i could ask him one more time...... Yeah, im still regreting that....
