Drak
This isn't mine, it's something I found on another website, but well worth a look for guitar project people. Double-Mondo-Caster

Cyclone
Any idea for the angle between the join? Looks very well done but like it would be uncomfortable. On a side note welcome back, your presence has been missed.

Drak
I'm not sure of his intent with it, but I have a feeling it would be for slide. I remember back in the '80's there was a guitar called a MelloGlide or MelloSlide or something like that (I remember David Lindley playing one) that was angled like his second body. Also Junior Brown plays something along those lines too I believe. BTW, did you notice the CASE he built for it too? Now THAT'S going the extra mile! marksound
Melobar I remember seeing an ad in GP 20+ years ago with Pat Boone playing one of the original soft bodied models. EDIT: Hey, I think I found the inspiration for that masterpiece. http://www.melobar.com/Melobar%20site/images/family-04.jpg
erikbojerik
I guess the guy's not much of a downstroker...looks a little cheesy with the pickguard overlap, but interesting.
Scott Rosenberger
makes perfect sense to me. the bottom neck has a slide nut on it. you could play standing up with your hand over the top of the bottom neck
dash
strange looking guitar, but nicely executed. i think if i was going to go to the trouble of a mod like that, i would have custom made a one piece pickguard though.
Drak
Remember the Clapton album 'Money and Cigarrettes' with the melted guitar on the cover? Reminds me of that sort of...
