Syndacite
I've purchased a cheap blue Jackson Js30RR and i decided to improve it and give it some custom graphics and stuff and i was wondering what are some easy graphics and designs i could do with my Rhoads i thouht of a new paint job probably to go with it but i have never done something like this before so if anybody has done anything like this with a Rhoads i would appreciate if u could steer me on the right track. my guitar i was thinking a design or paint job that nobody has never seen on a rhoads something catchy Edited April 2, 2006 by Syndacite
warped
I saw contact paper that looked like brushed metal at a crafts store this weekend and debated lining my similar shaped guitar (Kraner Vangaurd) with it... and possibly painting over it with Duplicolor Metalcast paint. Contact paper: http://housewares.hardwarestore.com/37-188...per-105307.aspx http://housewares.hardwarestore.com/37-188...per-105303.aspx There are others on the site. Metalcast paint: http://www.duplicolor.com/products/metalcast.html I have no idea how well it would work, but after looking at it again, I"m thinking about trying it! Pr3Va1L
You could always simply get some diamond plating at a hardware store and try to screw it to your body, should look pretty metal
warped
I bought some of the "metal fx" contact paper today... I have no idea what I'm gonna do with ityet, but if I make any kind of cool discovery I'll... um... well... I dunno.

6
Hey Syndacite, I bought that same guitar a few months ago. I'm going to be doing a custom inlay on a new fretboard to mine pretty soon. Also painting the pickup covers white. I have PhotoShop mock-ups of the ideas I have had if you want the links to the PhotoBucket albums. I actually really like the carbon-fiber finish on that soloist on musiczoo. Very cool. ~
