Sambo
Ok! all of my guitars have piezo's for acoustic sounds. but i'm finiding the wire a bit of a pain on stage. Anyone know of a wireless system that has stereo inputs? Having trouble finiding one! Ta!
George Brown
wow you really seem to have found a niche in the market there,i think the trouble with it is that the tranmitter would have to send the signals on different frequencys but im not sure as im no expert in radio waves
thegarehanman
If all else fails, most companies make units with two recievers in one box and two seperate strap mount transmitters. You could always use the two transmitters together if you don't mind adding a pound or two to your strap.
Sambo
The idea is to have one pack and one stereo wire going to it and have the pack on belt, so i can swap guitars round. Guess i'm gonna have to keep the umbilical cord S
Primal
Do you often play with both acoustic and electric sounds? Otherwise, I'd be tempted to have a switch that switches between the piezo pickup and the magnetic pickups.
tasty
Yeah, but thats a pain...mostly because acoustic pickups sound like ass through electric amps and vice versa. Therefore he would have to switch on the guitar as well as stomp on a a/b box. I see what he is getting at. Either get 2 transmitters or deal with the cord. lovekraft
...he would have to switch on the guitar as well as stomp on a a/b box... Seriously, how difficult is that? Don't most guitarists at some point in the set have to step on a stompbox while switching pickups? This doesn't exactly require an advanced skillset - most of the guitarists I've played with manage it without issue, even when quite inebriated!
