I'm about to embark on my first guitar and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing! but I'm a fast learner and a good listener! Here's my plan: I'm going to design a body based on a strat, but with slight mods - something that looks like a jazzmaster. I've purchased a stratguitar to use the neck and hardware and wiring. I'm not sure what the bst way to start the body. Should I find Strat plans and alter them? Is there a place to find them?
