Codec Posted May 17, 2004 Report Posted May 17, 2004 Where can I find the les paul guitar design and demensions? So I can put it on paper to trace? Is there any site that gives most of the demensions for it? Quote
VanKirk Posted May 17, 2004 Report Posted May 17, 2004 I used the Search function for 'Les Paul Plans' and came up with these topics. There should be something in there. Quote
Guest Litchfield Custom Gutars Posted May 17, 2004 Report Posted May 17, 2004 The Les Paul the Hard Way tutorial is great for that Quote
Codec Posted May 17, 2004 Author Report Posted May 17, 2004 The Les Paul the Hard Way tutorial is great for that All he did was get that faded picture and blow it up. I dont think thats going to work for me. I'd rather have the measurements. Blueprints... He did give some measurements yeah. I dunno. One guy who owns a Les Paul said the body was 13 wide and he is saying it is 12 1/2. Quote
GregP Posted May 17, 2004 Report Posted May 17, 2004 Be creative. ;-) Other than that, there might be plans at guitarbuild.com Greg Quote
Codec Posted May 18, 2004 Author Report Posted May 18, 2004 Is it so hard to find the blueprints for free somewhere? I think i found some now. They seem pretty specific. Check them out! lol At gibson.commmmmm who would have thunked it LES PAUL DEMENSIONS! Quote
Devon Headen Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 I don't see any there. The closest thing I see to blueprints are the pictures of the guitar on the right. It doesn't even give any body measurements Quote
MzI Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 mimf has like 3 or 4 different sets of lp plans, just sign up its free MzI Quote
Codec Posted May 18, 2004 Author Report Posted May 18, 2004 Where are they located at. Within the site? what do i click on? Quote
Codec Posted May 18, 2004 Author Report Posted May 18, 2004 I know and i went to the registered user forumn. But there is no dimensions or pictures with demensions on them. Quote
Auscar Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Just take the drawing to a print shop with the length measurements and they can print them to the correct size for you. Quote
