    The undercut gives the glue/epoxy somewhere to go when you press in the inlay material. It then hardens and keeps the inlay from popping out

    no sorry I use it for MP3's through my stereo with a stereo mini jack. You could get a Firewire pcmcia card and an external burner or get the internal burner for it from MCE

    All epoxies are like this. The epoxy actually generates heat as its mixed. If you were to mix enough of it you could feel the heat.

    I'm not sure what you are asking, I dont see a 2way switch in the schematic you posted. The only thing a 2way switch could do in that schematic is maybe reverse phase or like you said, on off switch

    Lay the guitar on its back, tie a string on the bridge, the hang a string level on the string. WHen you get the string as level as possible use your protractor to determine the angle
