    If you want a multi effects pedal then buy but maybe look at the 707. But definately listen to it and make your own mind up about wether it sounds good.

    The only problem i can think of is putting it on a body If you describe it more or a photo would help.

    That would be a really cool guitar. if you had a through neck i dont think you could have the flamed top. Supposedly through necks add to the sustain of the instrument, where as a bolt on neck can be replaced and vice versa. On a through neck if pickups are placed too close to the neck it can make it weak. Thats all i can think of for now. Oh i think it would be really cool if you put some effects in the guitar like a whammy switch.

    12" planes have not been invented yet (i think) A radius block is the way to go though

    I am building my first guitar and ive spent about6 months on it i am about half way through my advice would be take your time. If you ever get frustrated or tired lave it and then come back to it later. God luck if you do decide to build it.

    I thought id have to buy a template bit that will be a couple of weeks saving up.

    I have got to the stage on my guitar where i need to think about routing my neck trem and pick up cavities. my question is can you stil get precise routs using a router free hand and chissel or is it really messy. I dont particulary want to buy a bit wit bearing as they seem to be around £40+ locally. Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks.
