Much better!!! The only thing that needs to be looked at (I know...... you said it was a rough sketch! ) is the tuner for the D string looks like it will pull the string along the post for the A string. Move it in towards the center just a tad, and that should solve it! I know you're going for the "swept, sleek" look, but parcticality and functionality must rule. A+ job on the draw.

Hmff..... at least I was TRYING to help (he says with an offended "nose in the air" ) Just kidding! I had a plug-in drill that my brother-in-law was going to throw away that I used for this improvised sander. I wouldn't use my good B&D cordless! It does work, though. You just have to be carefull, and go slow so you don't knock the drill off square. I love improvised tools!!!

I like the body style, especially the lower cutaway "horn". I don't like the headstock at all. The only place those things should be is on a Fender. I would make some kind of "forward canted" design that would match the lines of that body. Great job on that desogn though!

But he's posted this same thing 5 times since the 3rd of June (5 days), which was the date that helliumbrz said he would try and scan them, and in between asking over and over where the plans were, he posted a message about the plans for the Warlock that helliumbrz did get up: "the warlock plan is very bad quality and impossible to read." Helliumbrz probably said to himself "if that's what he thinks about my trying to help him, then to heck with doing anything esle for him." I, too, am waiting for the Stealth plans, but helliumbrz is doing it 1) for FREE and 2)on his own time. I will probably get flamed (not by you, Wes) for mentioning the lack of patience, but I can't be the only one that can see that with this inpatience being shown, all that's going to be achieved from this build is a good piece of wood will be butchered. I hope I'm wrong, but.......

I must say, this forum has become the equivalent of a "Teach Yourself To Make A Guitar" school, with the added benefit of the afformentioned "person(s) to ask questions of". No one builder here would claim to be good enough to say they qualify as a "Master Builder", yet the sum of the knowledge contained here is just that. Delving through the quantities of material found in the tutorials, along with the ever handy search function should guide anyone with the basic sense to know which side of a saw to apply to the wood to make a kerf the full ability to build a guitar from the ground up. And that includes how to wind your own pup's using your kid's Leggo's!!!! If that wasn't enough, you have a pool of experienced amateurs and professional builders who come to this site specifically to answer your (my) dumb newb questions (there are no stupid questions, just stupid people asking questions! . A school may sound like a great idea, but really, what more are you going to get there that isn't available here? One-on-one? PM the guys, you'll get you question answered. My $.02? Buy more wood to practice on, read the tutorials, use the search function, use the hell out of these guys who know what they're doing, and send the tuition money you would have spent to Brian to make this site even better than it already is. Their "platinum" series guitars are made out of Agathis, a type of eastern pine. It' supposed to be cheap, plentiful, and have "remarkable resonance". Make your guitar out of whatever makes you happy, although hard woods are preferable to soft.

Yep, those are the ones! I wonder how that happened? I always copy from the address window..... It would seem that since the acoustical space is much smaller, there is less space for the sound wave to resonate around in the body and cause feedback. I'm by no means a physics wizard (chemistry is my bag), but it seems like it would be better

How do you think these "routed" hollow bodies that have no actual "chamber" would sound? Warmouth makes a lot of claims about them, but do the sound more "solid body" or more "thinline"? Anyone have any opinions or experience?

In the current issue of Guitar World (Zack with Randy's Jackson V on the cover) there an interview with Gene Simmons and Dave Navarro. Dave is holding an unusually shaped guitar in a couple of the pictures. The headstock is never clearly shown, so I have no idea what it is. Does anyone else have any ideas what it is?

J has it right, the red blood cells will break apart (hemolyze) when mixed with ANYTHING other than 0.9% NaCl solution. the free hemoglobin will denature and end up a dark brick-red (if you're lucky) but most likely a turd brown color. It's not a feasable project, tell him if he wants a blood color, you have to use a red colored paint. I've been a Medical Technologist for 12 years, I've seen more old, dried blood than any of you will see in your lifetime (unless you work in a slaughterhouse!!!! )
