  1. I think a .22uf would work fine
  2. No particular order. Tho I do think BM is more of a rythm guitarst than anything He's a better lead guitarist than anyone on this forum, in terms of musicality and style, technique, and originality - speed isn't a measure of how good a guitarist you are i somehow think you're somewhere far behind. When did I say speed was involved? Randy Rhoads was a rythm guitarst. His sense of rythm made him special, not his leads. True he played lead, but his sense of rythm was what gave him the ability to double solos. BM's leads are just plain sloppy. Yeah, he has a master's in Physics, so what? he's a sloppy lead player. Every cover of a Queen song I have heard was better than the original.
  3. Would it be possible to make a switch that acts as a treble rolloff, being as I wont be using a tone pot?
  4. I want to do one, but dont know how it is wired. I assume it is a resistor wired to have a treble rolloff, perhaps a cap if that's how its done.
  5. Fabricating one of these. I have most of it figured out, except how to do the springs.
  6. Found this on VK's floyd page. Pic from auction: So...err, um ***?
  7. I thought they were the crappy Single locking floyds Kramer put out in the 80s. This auction for one seem to be different. Can anyone help me here?
  8. LOL I think the cutter would wera out over time, but being HSS, it'll last quite some time.
  9. Black Limba (korina) Light, beautiful, mahogany like sound. Heaven with a quilt top.
  10. Play a Jackson USA King V
  11. No particular order. Tho I do think BM is more of a rythm guitarst than anything
  12. SL2 Customs ROCK However, the high end dinky is just as good as the soloist. After the Fender takeover, I saw a drop in quality. Especially on the omports, and a price hike on the USAs
  13. The action might be a tad high. Depends on the bridge.
  14. Shaving the neck and full custom build
  15. Stunning guitar. If you are direct mounting, route NO DEEPER than the pickup's final height. Otherwise your cavity will be packed with foam. Not a bad thing, but if you want all pickup to wood contact.....
  16. It seems to me it is gonna be the old PG before the invasion of the morons. Minus the rant section, but that pretty much died out anyway.
