  1. Looking good, and your scrap build shows some nice work also.
  2. That's an Ibanez neck, yes? From an RG170DX. Could be wrong, I'm not 100% sure.
  3. Wow, beautiful guitar you've built there. The oil finish has a really nice sheen to it. Happy Easter from Australia
  4. Do do do do do do Dodododo do do (Ghostbusters theme.....) I can't see the pic. Neat idea though, I personally have always wanted to make a Star Wars guitar.
  5. Yikes, that's serious detail. The best online tutorial I've come across by far. Bookmarked.
  6. Yes it does! Call me crazy, but I actually almost like it better flamed. I like it better flamed too. I'm not really into quilt Maple, you guys can have it. Sweet, more for me
  7. Nice use of the black and gold hardware, tis very effective indeed.
  8. Really nice, it all fits together so well.
  9. Cool camo! If I ever want to blend into the 80's, I'll get one of those
  10. Good to hear, bit strange that there's two sets of prices....
  11. I've heard nothing but insanely good testimonials for BKP's, I really want to try them.
  12. You can by the same cks from here: http://stores.shop.ebay.com/online-instrum...QQ_fsubZ1248494 The necks are cheaper from LV's actual website, the link is in their ebay page.
  13. Are those the Stew Mac inlays? They look good.
  14. The cavity cover is almost invisible, good work.
  15. What a strange guy.... Well, to each his own I guess.
  16. Nice carve, very crisp. You're a good friend mate, wish my friends could build like that
  17. Yes, they do need f-spaced, BUT always double check by finding a spec sheet of the particular trem your looking at. Look at the String Spread, then compare to the pickups string spread. They shouldn't be exactly the same though, because the pickup isn't that close to the bridge. Ibanez has a myriad of floating trems and I'm not sure about all of them, but 99% of the time: locking trem = f-spaced.
