    hi anyone have a small piece of mahogany(3"x5"x2") a little smaller or bigger is ok too. if youd like to part with it let me know how much your asking . id preffer an unfinished piece that has not been exsposed to any sort of chemicals. thanks, Adam

    Changing how long the neck pocket is won't change how far the pickups are from the bridge - because it doesn't look like he's planning on changing the neck, just where the join is. The neck pickup will always start something like 1/2" from the 22nd fret. From what I understand it's about half the thickness of the body and half the fact that the cutaways start on both sides about a half inch past the end of the neck pickup cavity. Done right, there shouldn't be any structural problems with either pcoket length - I personally like te 4" better. You've gotten about even votes on both sides, so pick the one YOU like the best! ← im going with the 4" thanks, adam

    i have a schaller 455 chrome bridge that has some scratches on it as well as chrome covered humbuckers how can i restore the chrome? can i use like rustoleum or something on the bridge id rather it be black anyway. Adam

    Which have the most notorious neck-cracking-off-the-guitar problems in the history of guitars . (I love them too) ← i think im gonna go with the 4" not having acess to the lasat 2 fretts aint that big od a deal to me.

    thats like $15 worth of parts. the wiring is very simple id do it myself but thats me. seems a bit pricey $33 with shipping. adam

    hi i was wondering if i could finish a guitar with water based clear minwax, the stuff you can get at homedepot? would it look good cause it easy to apply. also is that stiuff safe to touch regularly once it dries? thanks, Adam

    hi im undecided if i should go with a 3" or 4" neck pocket. here are mockups of both neck pockets which do u all like better? either way the pocket will be rounded rather then square as pictured. any other comments are welcome Adam

    it just says fenfer if i recall. havent had a fender in ages. u can match that in illustrator. im bored as hell tell me how big you want it and what u want it changed to ill do it for ya and then link it to ya also if u could post a pic of the original that would be great. adam

    note sure about corel draw . i know how to do it in adobe illustrator though which u can try for 30 days for free. it can be downloaded from adobe.com . all u do is match the font in illustrator its pretty easy let me know if u need more help. Adam

    hi just bought a digitech whammy xp100 pedal on ebay. if anyone has one is the pedal real simple on yours just conecrted tio the base with a hindge? how can i test if the pedal part is working correct? thanks, adam

    thanks my other idea was to put the switch in the left top corner like on a les paul and have just the two control pots near the fhole im open to suggestions

    i have a 15 watt solder gun from radio shack it works fine. only cost $7 cant get much cheaper then that. i have problems melting the solder sometimes if the tip of the gun gets bents but all ya gotta do is bend it bac. Adam

    crate has a whole line of reasonabbly priced amps. i have a 15 watt that sounds better then my 100 watt marshal mg100dfx.
