  1. The heel is that big blocky part of the guitar where the neck and body meet. The guitar you linked to is heel-less because of the giant, smooth carve at the neck/body join. Your hand can wrap around and get to the high frets easily on those.
  2. I can never see the pictures when I go to your site. Is it the site or something on my end?
  3. I think the guitar looks great. Really nice job. feel any different in your hands when you play it now that it's done?
  4. I have a bunch of electrical components (guitar parts) I'd like to test to see if they work. Anyone know of a decent meter for about 20 bucks? How about THIS one?

  10. The simple, straightforward design is refreshing. Very cool. I love how you just plug it in amd play. THAT'S hardcore. How is that scale length working out, I'm interested. I have the opportunity to finish a project and I'm playing around with making it a baritone.
  11. You're not too far from me, man. I'm in Tinley Park. Good to see a local guy once in a while.
  12. If you plan on doing it as a career, it may pay off to take the classes. You can learn a lot of good practices in a short amount of time and skip all the time wasting and noodling. After that, you can apply yourself to the mediun in an original manner and work on your career a little more efficiently.
  13. Try them out and judge for yourself, you may be surprised.
  14. Thanks. I really suck with a soldering iron so I'd like a vague idea before I start. I should just try it.
  15. I got a Super 70's humbucker in a trade and I was just wondering if anyone knows how these sound.
  16. Aaaah. I may pass and wait til I can afford a better classical.
  17. Good to hear you're getting your guitar back. I'm in the same boat now, but on a smaller scale.
  18. A guy's offering me a 1969 Antonio Hernandis No. 3 classical for a hundred bucks. What's it worth?
  19. Hey, what do you know, you're alive. Where's my stuff, Yahilltrade?
  20. Could you make a caul with an appropriately shaped indentation to fit the arbor press end? Just a guess.
