    Is there a smart way to integrate the neck pickup into the neck, and the 23rd and 24th frets would run across it, while it would be mounted at the place of the 24th? Though it may cause some bad pickup noise when you play those frets... Anyways, this thing isn't a problem when you don't have neck pickup at all.

    yeah, but I tune down half a step and occasionally use 11-49. I also prefer boat necks.. 1" at 12th fret, 0.910" at 1st fret.... I use this gauge without tuning down.

    Flat headstocks are easier to produce, but they need string-trees for the sufficient string pressure on the nut (intonation), at least for the higher strings. (The lower strings naturally have the right angle, 'cause their tuners have smaller distance from the nut, therefore those strings won't run so flat as the higher ones.) I better like the look of flat headstocks, they're kinda smooth for me.

    It must be a good guitar, but that oiled mahogany looks kinda unfinished. A 'love it or hate it' look. Sorry for my nitpicking, really top notch instrument, only I'd better like it in a sunburst finish.

    Bolt-on is stable, easy to make, has a good connection between neck and body WITHOUT any bad resonant glue.
