  2. That's some lovely work but I'm afraid your website is horrible. If you are setting up a company, you should really pay for some hosting and get rid of those ads.
  3. I have a mod somewhere on my computer. I'll see if I can find it for ya.
  4. ESP. Any company that puts EMG's into guitars as stock is a friend of mine!
  5. Brian, don't mean to insult you, but I hate you. That is some incredible work. Can't wait to get some money to get these visions in my head onto wood!!!
  6. Possibly it's the beer distorting my view of it but it looks like a toy that's only a couple of inches long. The black cheapens the look of it or something. I'm not sure how to describe it.
  7. There's something about it but to me, it doesn't seem real some how.
  8. Na, I'll just go to an engineering/machinists shop here in town. Big stores like Home Depot have a habit of over charging severly for little things in Ireland.
  9. They're the ones soapbarstrat. There's no point paying $5 postage for an item that small and tbh, shops here would probably just give me four or five for free or definately less than ?1 No worries Maiden69
  10. I'd far rather just go to a mechanists shop in town than pay 50cent for a screw and $5 postage,
  11. Could anyone tell me the measurements of the intonation screw on a floyd rose? I need thread size and shaft length (stop snickering in the back)? Thank you please.
  12. Yeah, I would be more helpful but meh, I just got up and stuff
  13. That's what you get for using IE. Use Opera Oh so much better.
  14. The reason for angled headstocks is so that there is a correct angle between the string and the nut. That's why straight headstocks have runners to pull the string down at an angle. The distance between the nut and the tuners isn't critical but it does play a part.
  15. What exactly do you mean by this? Is the action too high towards the bridge? If it is, try tightening the trem posts into the body as low as you like as long as there's no fret buzz. I suggest loosening the strings and springs first however to prevent damage to the floyd.
  16. Plastic, wood, loads of things. Have a look at the tutorials section.
  17. Give me a shout on MSN later. Should be able to sort you out.
  18. Yeah, I think I've a few lying around. I might crack one open and see.... What sort of amplification is needed?
  19. Seeing as piezo's detect vibrations, would there be enough vibrations from the posts of a Floyd Rose to get a signal? I have a metal bar on my guitar that the posts go through that has a very snug fit with the posts. Anyone think slamming a piezo element underneath it would work?
  20. I'd love to test one. I'd throw it into an Epiphone strat that's been cut for humbuckers. In Ireland so it wouldn't be too expensive to forward onto others if that's what the deal was. BTW, MS Paint lets you save as .jpg
  21. Yeah, I want to see how you destoryed your first homemade.
  22. "Something" happened? What would that something be? Using it for hurley practice?
