for scarf joints, is it better to use wood glue or epoxy? i have 3.5 inches glueing surface. thanks in advance. ps: if you say scarf joints arent for noobs or anything like that, i didnt cut it yet.

my fav has to be 13. im pretty sure that guitars like gibson, esp, and jackson are 13 degrees.

there probably isnt one and i feel like a dee dee-dee for asking........ i knda look like this guy when i headbang. does anyone know what i can do insted or to do better when headbanging? i know, headbanging is part of the heart of metal. feel free to criticise.

i know this has been answered before..... if you cut the headstock clean off at the nut, you cant just glue it back on. it would be too weak. but alot of the glues say they dry stronger than wood, so i am confoosed. so would it work under any circumstances or anything with really strong glue?

i think that would not be good, because the wood is so thin that might be kinda risky with the router. but i dont really know for sure, its just my guess

i know im kinda stupid, but i couldnt really find this online. what is the width of a 7 string neck at the nut and last fret? (just one that will work, so i can get a general idea of what to do) i know its kinda odd, but there are NO 7 strings in ANY of the area's 5 guitar shops.

i know i kinda sound like a wuss but...... i gouged my finger REALLY bad (like 3/16"), and i wanted to use super glue to glue it up. but my parents are watching me like a hawk, so i cant really sneak it. i cant play for crap with a bandaid on. does any one have a good alternative to super glue ? thanks.

probably just different quality parts. (pickups, wood, bridge, etc.) and/or just made better.

i like to use chisels. just chisel in the contour the way you like it. it will take a while, but using chisels and patience, i got the VERY first neck i ever did to turn out exactly how i wanted it.

make one, i think bc riches already arent that good. so pey slightly more or less and have a really good mockingbird.

This. ehat makes the select emgs diffrent and cheaper than the regular ones? (dont say the obvious stuff like passive) but mainly why they are so chep. thanks. ps sorry for all the spelling errors
