Awesome-tastic! It's not common to see a goldtop-like (not totally, yours has that burst!) Strat. Using the right knobs and a TOM was the perfect touch to give it a true "goldtop" vibe, otherwise it would have just been a gold strat. Amazing!

Are those top ferrule-things from Carvin, also?

Is it just me or maybe the picture, but the bridge pickup looks a tad crooked :D

I think the angled TOM may be throwing you off. The pickups are parallel and perp to the strings, from the looks of things.

GregP the top ferrules are not Carvin, they are steel rivets that I have used on all my TOM guitars so far.

AlGee, it's the pic, I use a square to istall the covers always, after messing up my blue ash guitar after trying to eyeball it. and I make sure that the e string cuts right in the middle of the M on EMG.

Here is another angle, I haven't taken any new pics, have been busy taking the folks out to DC.
