Drak
Look for an old Ampeg VT-22, everything you asked for, including the price. Well, the VT-22 was a 2-12 combo, I think the head version was a V-4, V-40, or a V-2, I forget, but the heads can be a little pricey these days. Still, if you want one bad enough and are willing to wait, hunt, do your homework and have some patience, you'll find one for $200.00, and it will be well worth the wait. Or look for a Traynor YBA-1, those are also killers for the money.
jay5
I have seen Peavey Classics and Blues for around $250. Anyone know if they're any good?
Daniel Sorbera
I'd buy a peavy classic 20 in a heart beat. They go for as low as $120 on the bay. I've never tried the 50 head. but I have heard the 50 combo and it sounds great.
thegarehanman
I never reased you could get acceptable tube heads for so cheap. I guess they must be a rarity to see on the bay.
