I know Brian was working on a pickguard tutorial...I hope it is still in the works, I need to make one for an old Peavey t-60 that a frind of mine wants fixed

By far one of the Ugliest guitars in the WORLD, but he loves it!

Nah, the T-15 is the ugliest guitar. B) I had one! :D

I think the first step is to get the clear plexiglass from Home Depot or Lowes. I need to go to Ace. There's an Ace in my town that's really well stocked for how small they are.

The Jem Guards are Clear to begin with but the other difference is the holes for the knobs and switch.

On an RG they are small and the switch slot is just that thin and ready for the switch to be mounted directly. On a Jem the holes for the knobs are larger so the nut and washer holding the pot to the body can fit without lifting the guard up, also the switch hole is wide since it doesn't have to hold the switch.
