Is the black streak just a thick veneer? Couldnt quite make it out on the pics. Nice to see some natural maple tops for once Cheers S Thanks for the comments everyone. The black line in the scarf is one of the ebony headstock overlays stewmac sells that I glued between the maple. It's a little less than 1/8" thick.
