Efilnickufesin
So I was on the boardwalk with my family in Ocean City today, when I saw everybody gathered around in a group. It sounded like a band was playing, but as I got closer I realized that it wasn't a band, it was one guy using one of these: http://www.megatar.com/english/home.html It was amazing and it sounded awesome. Now, i want one. Has anybody else seen these and what do you know about them?
WezV
ahh, a multiscale stick... very interesting but not revolutionary i wonder how much the faning of the frets benefits tapping technique. I imagine it will be fine for the left hand as with normal multiscale instruments, but for the right hand the fanning is going the wrong way. After giving a lefty my FF guitar to play i know its really awkward when the fan is upside down. here is the stick website http://www.stick.com/
westhemann
Yeah,I thought about getting a stick for a while, but somehow I know it will just sit there...
jaycee
You can forget that. I find it hard enough to play with one fretting hand let alone
Efilnickufesin
actually, they sell megatars with regular, non-fanned frets. That's the kind the guy I saw was using
