PaulNeeds
who are all those guys? Alvin Lee - 10 Years After/later - watch woodstock Peter Green - Fleetwood mac (albatross, Green Manalishi, etc - before the girly joined). Jeff Beck - yardbyrds. Brilliant fusion player - listen to some of his stuff.

jbkim
Was Queen around in the 60's? If so, Brian May! Hmm... Robert Fripp? Ugh, hard to think of both English and 60's.

The Nordic Gawd
I dont get why people like jimmy page. stairway to heaven is a mad crap-o-la song. And his live material in 2 words is rediculously sloppy. I mean just rediuculous, I can feel for a few mistakes as long as its from the heart, but CHRIST man this guy needs to learn a lil' from mr. cooley here. guitar_ed
The first time I saw J Beck was a near religous experience, back in 1983. 20 years ago now, hard to believe. In a show with Clapton, Cocker, and Page. Blew them all off the stage. Rythym section: Wyman and Watts & Jones. Later days, Guitar Ed
weezerboy
as the king of rock riffs how can you say a bad word against him? he is a pure genius..listen to any of the live stuff, the solos are rushed and sloppy but he doesn't need to learn from anyone i prefer him to note perfect up his own ass vai anyday
MikeB
i said jeff beck, he is pretty cool, did some quite inspiritional stuff for the 60's! im waaay to young to have seen him, im 16! but i saw him on tv a few times and he still rocks! jbkim
that was terry bozzio, right? He's a great drummer! I like him and Chad Wackerman... but I don't think either were the drummers of the Mothers of Invention.
The Nordic Gawd
yeah they were. they both were. terry bozzio right. i was confusing him with the bassist somethin thunas. or sometihng. terry bozzio is the one. he is incredible. chad wackerman was doing less of the epic stuff more of the "keep it in line" stuff. terry bozio was just a F******** amazing drummer. one of the best.
