Pushead
Man, some guitars just don't look right with 24 frets. Vs, Explorers, Les Pauls... I just don't see them like that. Maybe it's only guitars with 2 humbuckers that don't look right? I dunno, but it didn't do anything for me.
Drak
Didn't do much for me eidder, I didn't like the blue/black thing much. Now, if it had the flames in Pearl Inlay, might be different... Also, shark neck inlays look much cooler than blocks on a V.
The Nordic Gawd
nothing really on this end of the computer screen, but you have to appreciate the time and design of a custom. Somebody is underpaid for that remember, so dont diss it.
Pushead
I'm not knocking it, it just doesn't work for me.
westhemann
i find the king v to be too big through the body.
Drak
Yeah, Shark Jackson/Rhoads Vee's RULE!
DividedByJames
I'm not a fan of the odd-shaped Jackson, but I appreciated the slight differences (headstock/inlays) and the Ghost flames. The standard King V looks too metal.
Curtis P
I liked the design of the flames, and the head stock, the way the machine heads were set up, besides that, not too much on this end either
BLS
That headstock dosent look right with that body. i would never pay 2000 for that.
MikeB
the good ol rhodes V still has my vote! if it were done with a nice quilt top with abalone binding around the neck, sharkfin inlays, quilted headstock laminate matching body, EMG's..... im picky but for 2000 i have to be! nicec guitar anyway! mike
MikeB
it also misses the floyd rose! cant have it without a floyd rose!!!
BLS
Id definetly pay 2000 for This V
Guest Litchfield Custom Gutars
Yeah...and especially if Jenna comes with it! The V with that headstock looks odd, and the block are also not in my taste. The neck joint is cool tho. And if yer gonna have 24 frets, inlay 24 too, dont stop at 22. MikeB
And if yer gonna have 24 frets, inlay 24 too, dont stop at 22. thats a good point!
BLS
Most neck with sharkfins stop after 22 because the space between the frets get real small, a sharkfin wouldnt look like much of a sharkfin, but it does look weird when theres no inlays at all.
