jammy
Have a search on ebay for something like "quilt maple" - you will get a load of results but most of them will be from one company's online store. There is alot of choice and it doesnt seem to be too overpriced hope that helps.

GuitarMaestro
I always recommend GalleryHardwoods. They have a huge variation of woods and cheap prices. They stock alot of things not listed on their webpage. Simply send them a mail and I bet that they have what you are looking for.
daveq
Gallery is a good place to look. Also GilmerHardwoods. Places like exoticwoods are a bit sketchy for figured woods since you can't see what you are buying. What type of wood are you looking for?
