From what I can remember; 1st: Bridge; 2nd: Bridge Paralelled; 3rd: Bridge+Neck; 4th: Bridge Single, Neck Single; 5th: Neck. NO it is only a two conductor [well and the obviously needed power supply] and its not setup for that. you can however add the out of phase switch to your existing switch setup without drilling..
