  5. Hey all I recently had my washburn's neck proffesionaly set up, lots of buzzing on some frets, and i didnt want to start monkeyin around with it unless its minor, also had some minor other work done to it while i was browsing the store (this new one i heard about close to my school) i seen a used Yamaha RGT 350, i think, i dont remeber quite now, it looked alot like an ibanez, floating trem system (unsure of the make of the trem) locking nut , HSH pickup configuration, in a black finish, with black hardware, I didnt have a chance to pick it up and play it, because the owner of the store was busy setting up some other guitar and didnt want any noise, so i said thats ok, now that i think of it, i should have played through headphones Its going for 375, is this worth it? i am going back on wed to test it and an amp i am concidering on buying (a seymour duncan amp, i didnt know they made them) Curtis
  6. is it just me, or does the pickgaurd cover a tiny bit of the control cavity (thinger???) Curtis
  7. dang, so close to an impulse buy today, bit i retracted and very calmly backed away it was an MXR phase 90, and it sounded sooooooooo sweet through this Roland amp i was playing through!! no more pedals for me, except an EQ Curtis
  8. I can recommend GOTOH mini's, not overly expensive and they are a fine tuner, so you can dial in right down to the last cent also, i heard many great things about Grovers and Schallers, although i havent tried any yet Curtis
  9. I have a Digitech RP50 that is easy to program and sounds good, but it's just got up and down pedals. You have to have all your combinations preprogrammed. Other than that, it's great. ← yea, my super horrible effects pedal is the RP 50 LOL Curtis
  10. usually when its a "fat" strat, that means its 2 humbucking pickups, not sure about a middle single coil though, my meomary is failing Curtis
  11. do you just squirm at the thought of someone owning more pedals then you? do you go out and buy pedals just to see if it will "jive" with your massive collection already? I personally, dont find a need for more then 3 pedals, i own 2 right now, a regular distortion, and a super horrible multi effects (which will soon be gone since i am getting an EQ soon) So, are you a pedal junkie? Curtis
  12. wow, that was greeeeeat I loved the tapping on the X 11 Curtis
  13. wow Matt, that looks awesome!! my 7 string design, now that i look at it more, resembles the Bastard V of Neal Moser's so much, you think i would have coppied it so, dangit, back to the drawing board, but, i will give you a hint, it is a V, LOL Curtis
