  1. I'd take the free Mesa Boogie head and Cab... Sell it on ebay Then Buy an Egnater!!!!!
  2. If I could afford one... Egnater TOL 100 Head (pre Rocktron of course)
  3. Mask the hole from inside the cavity, clean any paint that might be inside the hole and mix up some epoxy and fill the holes, give it a day or so to cure completely, then CAREFULLY sand the epoxy level to the body
  4. Can somebody send me the Relic Tutorial, I have a Mint 3 tone sunburst Fender 60's Reissue Mexi Strat just dying to have the **** beat out of it
  5. Killer Idea, I have two trashed Strat necks laying around, now I have 2 new Towel Bars for the Basement Bathroom
  6. What kind of paints did you use, (brand, Type) Also what did you use in the water? Borax, Methocellulose, Carrageean? sp?
  7. I might be misunderstanding but that trem wont work on an Ibanez Radius Neck, The Schaller Radius is 12" You can shim the bridge saddles to get it right but the nut is preset to 12" and wont work
  8. no problem, just get to fixin it and let us know how it works out
  9. That's not a chrome strat, the body is actually hollow and made from aluminum and polished
  10. the trem sucks on the 555 plus it has the ugly half vine, get a good RG 550 and put some Dimarzios in it and you'll save yourself a bunch of cash, then send it out and have the vine inaly done
  11. sounds like dull knife edges, make sure the trem isn't binding in the posts, it's a common problem and it's easy to remedy, go to the tech section at www.ibanezrules.com there's a tutorial there
  12. I emailed the file to brian along with a couple more to post in the downloads section
  13. it depends on whick type of jack you're using, if its a football type plate you drill a big hole through to the electronics cavity, if its a deep panel jack you drill a hole the size of the jack
  14. 9.5 caul should work, I use medium thickness super glue (cyanoacrylate) to glue them in. I do about 5 slots at a time then hammer each fret end in then press the fret, definately bend the radius tighter than the actual radius of the fretboard
  15. Brian has a tutorial on the main site on how to build an economical fret bending jig, as for the caul, I couldn't do wothout it but it's more personal preference than anything some people prefer to hammer in their frets
  16. If it's a 25 1/2" Scale guitar, the center of the post holes should be 25" from the fretboard side of the nut Hope this helps
  17. Email me with your address I'll email you a file that you can use to get a mask cut at a sign shop, it should only cost about $20 to get the mask
  18. Is this the same 7620 you refinished earlier with the black and white graphic
