I know lots of wiring questions pop up and im sorry i've had to ask another one but I bought a switch today and I can't find any diagrams that use the same switch so I'm hoping someone can help things make sense to me. I am wiring 3 humbuckers together and I just want it to be simple, i can always modify it later but i want the positions to be 1=neck.5=bridge 5-bridge 4-mid+bridge 3-mid 2-mid and neck 1-neck with one volume and one tone and a kill switch, and my switch looks like this http://ca.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/sameoldso...re2.jpg&.src=ph Thanks alot in advance Spencer

Lots of people anchor their pinky on a pickup ring or something for muscle memory etc. so its easier to hit the right strings. Which is all fine and dandy provided that you can still do everything else ok, Dave Mustaine did it for years and I don't recall too many people complaining about how bad of a guitar player he was (except larrs )

For the footswitch it depends if there is a spot for a footswitch to be plugged in, and if there is the Roland site should be able to tell you what switch to use.

I currently own an ibanez distortion but im definately about to get a few pedals since I'm starting a band and am the sole guitarist I figure a couple pedals can't hurt. The only things I really want are an EQ and a noise gate so I can tighten everything up. Then if I have money to spend I want a wah, probably a morley wah or the ibanez weeping demon and maybe a whammy pedal to harmonize with myself ala dime.

Thats great, I've written a fair number of comedy/joke songs before in a tenacious d styling that me and my friend did as "Deuces Wild" cuz there is 2 of us... anyways.. if anyone wants I'll dig up some lyrics, for another thread of course.

I bought a string retainer (the bar style) from my local guitar store recently but it didn't come with screws and i couldn't find small enough ones at my local guitar store. Does anyone know where I can find them, I looked around but had no luck.
