  6. OKay, so im planning to start my first few guitars (not just one, but 3, Krazy inspired me to build more than one at once! its his fault) Anyway, i decided i wanted a really big roundover on the edges, so, i drew up this diagram to see if such a router bit like it existed: Any one? Cheers Matt
  7. try local hobby or model sotres and ask for plastic rod, basicly the same stuff, and it goes upto about 1/4". It is normally acrylic, and is pretty cheap compared to stew mac, but only comes in black or white, no ablone or pearl. Matt
  8. With 27 individual pieces of sterling silver in my "Vine" guitar, and extensive gigging and general playing, not a single pieces has even come loose, let along fallen out, so why do you say glue wont hold it?? I believe skibum does a jewelery makjing course at school/college or something. Its probably something he was taught there. I think it means you cant just glue 2 pieces of sterling together independently, but as your vine has an ebony finger board surrounding the silver, it is glued into the ebony, rather than glue together. Like i say, i *think* thats what hes getting at! Matt
  9. Damn, how the hell did i forget Myka?!?!?!?! I love his work! Matt
  10. Hey, shouldnt this be pinned in the tutorial section or something? Its damned amazing, i love it!
  11. I think its a 15 watter, but he read the back where it probably says tghat the power consumption is something like 42 watts. Just a guess...
  12. Or talk to lgm, or shoot Lex an email, or theres morben, or heck even Perry (Rhoades56). They all make really nice guitars
