    I'm did a very smilar thing to ihocky's idea an RR body. The tip was chipped so I basically reflected the headstock point onto the end of the long horn. I just held a straightedge up to it, found the angle I liked, marked it, cut and sanded and then just re-bevel the top and back edge

    I know that when wiring emgs with a 2 volume and 2 tone confuguration there is a capacitor in between each volume and tone control. I'm wiring a guitar with a two volume one tone configuration. In the diagram there is no capicitors between the either of the volumes and the tone pot. There is comething that looks like a capacitor on the tone pot, but its not the same shape as the caps included with the pickups. The caps I have are 104k but I dont know what I should be using.     I have an exporer that I want to put an 81/85 set into. Two volumes and one tone control. Can I use one of the Kerry King or Zakk Wylde sets or do I have to buy parts separately? If I buy the separate parts what would I need and where would I get the correct diagram? Thanks, AJC

    I've got a roland pc-200 MKII, that I have absolutely no use for. I'm not sure how old it is or if its still applicable these days, but it's brand new and if your interested I would sell it for very cheap.

    Wes is right. I didn't think about the locking nut being lower for some reason. You would have to put a shelf anyway. The strings would just be lifted off the floyd nut until you lock them down, and it would be hell to get them in tune not knowing how sharp they are going to be pulled when you lock them down. Adam

    It would be so he doesn't have to make a shelf parallel to the fretboard for the locking nut to sit on and screw into. I don't see why this wouldn't work. It could look pretty ugly though.

    These pictures are of a band called Boris. I have no idea what brand of guitar this is but i fell in love with it just from the pictures.     The resin used with fiberglass eats styrofoam, but theres other foams you can use with fiberglass. At my shop we coat a lot of a carvable more rigid foam in fiberglass. If I can find out what it's called I'll let you know. Adam

    Bad ass. Do you have any pictures of the skinnier inlays? i.e. markers for frets 14-21.

    I am looking to buy the Zakk Wylde emg set, but the only place I can find it in stock is www.gtrheaven.com or ebay. I was wondering if anyone has ordered from them and how that went. Smaller companies seem a little sketchy to me sometimes. Also if possible I would like to be referred to anywhere else that might have them in stock. thanks a ton, Adam
