  2. Those are some of the most comfortable guitars you could ever play. I played one ONCE and I loved it. That neck joint feels as if it's not even there.......... Dave->

  7. well you have to right click on it and choose properties and then highlight the url address, copy then paste in your browser, hit go and you should see it. Dave->
  8. #1 is a cool idea but it's kinda cheezy. I agree with wes because of the type of saddles it has and being able to mute the strings if I wanted to. I like the cover on 5 but I've just stated why I wouldn't pick it. lol, Dave->
  9. Thanks Derek, I'll try printing this to scale but I would really appreciate the screw measurements if it's possible. Thanks so much again, Dave->
  10. Yeah, and that's not all of them. My wife has the same face as your smiley Derek LOL!! Dave->
  11. I have a request to make a pickup ring to fit a Tele Bridge pickup but I don't have a tele bridge plate to trace for the hole opening or the screw locations. Would anyone have a blueprint of one of these? Thanks so much for your help ahead of time! Dave->

  13. No flaming but are you talking about "sound" or "looks"? Dave->
  14. It says photo not available........:-( Dave->
  15. Is it possible that you could resaw the wood(now that you have it glued) and maybe put a contrasting piece between them such as walnut or rosewood or purpleheart(right Derek lol!) That would probably look really nice, almost something like BC Rich would have done. Just a thought on saving ya some coinage ;-), Dave->
  16. Here a Jackson for ya: Gotta love the ebony sharkies Dave->
  17. I would have to say(being a little bit of a builder myself), that it will probably, not definitely, but probably always bother you. I have also screwed up a certain part of a guitar in the building process and even though nobody else could see it, it still bothered the crap out of me. If this is a VERY important project to you (aren't they all?) then I would say stop now and get the wood you really want for this project. Your still early in the process right? Good luck, Dave->
  18. Wow, that was very cool of you to do! Much appreciated Dave->
  19. Well, I got to the "now talking in #guitarbackings" but that's as far as I got. I have know idea what I'm doing with this mIRC. Oh well, thanks anyway! Dave->
  20. I'm sure people are getting tired of seeing this one but yes, it can be done, at least with Charcoal Pencils it can I just cleared over it with urethane and it had no reactions as far as running or separating. Hope that helps! Dave->
  21. Thanks for the info smokey but I'm going to pass as I think I'll stick to the Browne and Sharpe dials I use. It really is a good deal for a hobbiest though! Thanks again! Dave->
  22. Hey Dave, if you don't have any success, I'd be happy to do it for you(I'm a toolmaker by trade). Just let me know, Dave->
