About a year ago, my sister broke the plastic input jack plate on her jackson. I made her a new one from plexiglass(just hit the plastic with a heat gun and bend it to the desired contours). I made her a plexi control cavity cover to match, but I did something special with that. I pressed a big "H" into it(about 3" tall x 1.5" wide) with a jig I made and a heat gun. It's pretty neat looking.
