Daniel Sorbera
I -think- you can order just the saddles for the TOM from graphtech. But I'm not sure.

guitar2005
I -think- you can order just the saddles for the TOM from graphtech. But I'm not sure. They're not piezo though. Your best bet would be to buy two LR-Baggs tune-o-matics, grab the saddles from them and put them on your 7 string tom. You're left with 5 leftover. Kinda of expensive though as each LR Baggs TOM is about $150.
pmarlin
from the link I posted "1. A discrete piezo saddle pickup system (Ghost pickups), which replaces your existing guitar's saddles."
rhoads56
yeah, but how do you plug seven piezo pickups into a preamp designed to only support six inputs???
RAI6
yeah, but how do you plug seven piezo pickups into a preamp designed to only support six inputs??? From the "F.a.q" on the Graphtech site: "Q: I was thinking about installing your Ghost pickups on a seven string guitar. Will I have to buy two six packs of saddles, or do you sell individual saddle parts? A: We can customize a set for you. Call us at 604-940-5353." UNIT
few guys over at www.7string.org have had it done i think just get in touch with the guys at tone pro's and they should custom drill the piezo slots into one of their 7 string bridges, i think they install the pickups aswell but im not sure. good luck, wade
thegarehanman
Perry, the LR Baggs preamp can take as many inputs as you like. Granted, their supplied "summing board" only has 6 spots to solder your connections to, but you could easily make your own makeshift summing board. If your cavity is shielded, the summing board could be ditched entirely in favor of simply soldering the 7 wires together. peace, russ
Sambo
With the graptech system, the summing block for the saddles actually has 7 slots for 7 saddles. Summing block then goes to the preamp via one cable. As for 7 saddles for tunamatic, never seen them. i know they do normal strat and wilkinson trem saddles in 7's. Robert_the_damned
if you're only needing a mono piezo out (ie for normal piezo's and not for running midi or something else like that) then you can just solder the outputs of the seven piezo's together in parrallel and then wire them into a mono preamp, a summing board isn't technically nessicarry for normal piezo output.
