dawnofzion
Ok this isn't an actual guitar BUT it is guitar related. I finished up on my Orange 2x12 clone. The cab is pretty close to the orange 2x12 cab. Equipped with 2- v30's. I also built an enclosure for my TT. I put a vent for the top to let heat out and there is 3/4" open space completely around the TT inside the enclosure to help prevent heat build up. I still need to make the logo for the cabinet but other than that it is done. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ng/P1010423.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ng/P1010424.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ng/P1010426.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ng/P1010427.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ampbuild001.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ampbuild002.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ampbuild003.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ampbuild004.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ampbuild005.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ampbuild006.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/stret...ampbuild008.jpg
anderekel
Looks nice. What sort of pickup is in the bridge of your guitar there, it looks like one of those cheap artec pickups on ebay, I'm just curious if they're any good.
Donut Man
Looking good What kind of guitar is that? It kinda looks like a non-rev thunderbird, but fender style. Edited April 21, 2008 by Donut Man

Andronico
Good job ! The new enclosure for the TT is beautiful and the cab is nice too ! Where you obtain the tolex for them ? Has the cab wheels ? Last weekend I was working in a 2x12 cab for my Line6 Spider, I´ll show the pics soon.
dawnofzion
yeah it is a GFS power rail pickup. The guitar is a scratch build I did awhile back. There was a couple of threads of the build I'm sure you could search for them. The cabinet doesn't have wheels on it...orange cabinets have wooden sleds on the bottom. anderekel
Ok. Like I said, both the enclosures look awesome. It makes me want to build my own cab and I do have some speakers...... anyway, what do you think of the TT? I got one and love it.
Dirge for november
I was planning on buying one a while back as my first tube amp, but the thing is, I bought a peavey valveking 2X12 second hand cheaper than the TT head on itself. I think the thing is just to darn expensive, but when I tested it it did sound good!
WezV
looks great - good to see the TT looking like a proper amp rather than a fraking toaster
