Project Tele

Recommended Posts

This is the first parts guitar I put together all by myself. The body is one of USA Custom Guitars' fine ash Tele's. The neck is scalloped so I had to get that from Warmoth. I wanted an Antigua style finish but didn't have any good color samples. Ty at Roxy Guitar Finish did a very cool finish - not quite Antigua but very sweet indeed. The pickups pictured are Kinman Broadcasters, standard Kluson style tuners, modern 6 saddle bridge. I have since swapped the bridge pickup out for a Duncan Hot Rails.

I've always hated the way the Soldano sound good no matter what you plug into it and no matter you set the knobs to. It's kind of you to take it off my hands. What's your address?
