WezV
got this back and am starting to assemble it, although it still needs a little work its starting to look bloody good will get better pics when i have more natural light its an 'honest' refinish at the moment. there is the temptation to relic it, but tbh it doesnt always seem right to fake wear on an old guitar - i reckon it will make it seem like a con
Workingman
If she plays half as good as she looks now, you don't have to worry about relicing. It will happen naturaly.
avengers63
This makes me want to make a LPjr double-cut myself. I dis-assembled the walnut LPjr I did last year, so I have everything there already. Of course, I'd want to do mine in TV yellow....
RestorationAD
WezV. Stupendous! The Jr is one of my personal favorites and this one turned out AMAZING! Excellent work... thank you for saving this one.

Quarter
Sweet ... excellent job! That is my favorite style Jr in my all time favorite Gibson color. Its a beautiful and honest restoration that will suite her well for the decades to come.
Prostheta
The lack of neck pickup means the neck joint should be nice and solid. Is there a tangible feeling of this, Wez? Always wanted a Jr.
WezV
its definately strong... not as solid as a single cut though. the body join is pretty much the same dimensions on both, but the extra length of the neck takes away some of the solidness compared to an SC This neck is very sensative to adjustment - but luckily the truss rod still works brilliantly. Prostheta
I wonder how much the LPJ had in inspiring the Red Special?
