    Would entirely depend on the amp. I made a footswitch for my oldest mesa very easily.

    I have a pentium ii 400 with a 6 gig drive i think. $150 plus shipping I forgot to mention it is a laptop. Toshiba 2535cds.

    he'd have to just have the preamp circuit in his rack. pickups need to be near strings to pick up and produce sound. Im not sure what fender had installed in thoose guitars, but he could have boxed/racked a mid-boost or preamp.

    Ive used it it looks pretty cool. The guitar I tried it on at first dried at a slant giving it a really cool pattern.

    Your not the Sever from las vegas are you? Sucks to here about the drummer. I agree with Hydro thou drummers and singers man. It seems the band thing is more work to find the right line up than anything else. oops just reread your ad, looks like your not. btw you may have a name issue

    Sounds fair if he's gotta good reputation. ahhh... the beuty of Mesa, no rebiasing as long as you stick with thier tubes.

    Hydro 66 or whatever Gene's handle is just finished the robberto-venn courses and is setting up shop. Id pm him. Ive seen/played the accoustic he built and it is awesome.

    I have a Muy Grande bridge tele pickup that I really dig. I got it used and tried is cuz I heard Billy does.

    When you've built a few more and that first one needs a home give me a call, you've got the #. Interestingly I've never seen this discussed in books or on the web. I've noticed it on the back of my accoustic but never really thought about it.

    My first thought would be automotive stripe tape. Or have a sign shop cut vinyl. It will stick well and last a long time but still be removable/changable.

    From what I know this is the Guns Girls and Guitars guy that is not so highly regarded on Jemsite. His feedback is iffy if you take out transactions where he was the buyer and the non chromed guitars. There don't seem to be tons of people buying chromed guitars from him. The best thing you can do is start asking him questions about quality and delivery times etc. and see if it all adds up.

    My mesa studio 22 head was too loud for our practice situation at times, 2 el84 tubes are between 18 and 30 watts. Its for sale btw.
