    I could be wrong but I think you'd have to re-radius the board and from what I've heard a compound radius is kinda tricky.

    I think the white binding looks really good,this is by far one of the nicest explorers I've ever seen, its classy and mean and agressive all at the same time the design and execution just wow. I think you should enter it in GOTM for July. Good job.

    In my opinion it looks fine but I can see how some other people would think otherwise.

    I think active pickups are higher output than most passive pickups, i think alot of EMGs are at 25k. I've also heard that active pickups can produce alot more clarity, but I think its mostly a matter of taste, I'd try them out and or get a couple more opinions bwcause I could be wrong.

Also, sand it down to the sealer,don't go to the bare wood, otherwise us the search function and read those there links.

    If you recess it you don't need a neck angle, If its not recessed you'll need a neck angle. hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong.

    Looks good,I don't dig the seven strings too much but you never know, I definately like the finish though, keep it up.

    Ya, an eq is a good idea, once i started playing with one i was surprised that I could make my guitar sound that different,get one..now!!!

    Peavy?Get one of their 40W tube combos,i dont remember which ones come in that size,its either the 6505(5150) or the triple XXX,maybe eve the satriani, thats just my opinion.

    Gotta give it to matt on this one,all the guitars are excellently crafted,the v has a wicked finish on it, toddlers is minimalist but very effective and the ormsby is...unique,sorry but I'm not really feeling the design but ormsby does nice work. Congrats to all entries.
