I havent posted on this site in a loooong time... 2 piece hard rock maple neck, 25.5" scale, prs style joint 2 piece mahogany body Book matched flamed/burl walnut top, matching headcap Ebony fret board original floyd, gotoh machine heads, dimarzio pickups Nitrocellulose finish DEEP Crimson Red on the back, still transparent. I still have to make the cavity covers and polish the frets.

    I have large hands and fingers... Gibson scale just doesn't cut it for me. I find my self tripping over my fingers on a 25.5 still.

    Im working on a flamemaple/purpleheart/walnut/purpleheart/flamemaple lam neck w/ a purple heart headstock right now. Havent had any problems thus far.

    Wow..... I came to this thread with a sure vote for Toddler in mind. Then saw the Rashin.... now Im stumped! In the end, the heel on the Rashin looks a bit builky for my tastes, so it goes to Toddler.

    Bandsaw or any saw for that matter. Then use rasps and spokeshaves for the back of the neck.

    I have an Ampeg 8x10 that I have been thinking about ripping the rest of the tolex off and spraying it with some bedliner.

    About 4-5 bar clamps. It doesnt really matter to me if the pieces dont line up exactly becuase it goes through the drum sander any way.

    I just sold my Gibson...... Never been a fan of the feel, scale length, & quality. My buddy has a $3000 Les Paul and the thing is a pile of junk. The thing is a huge mess, I couldnt even believe Gibson let the ambomination out of their shop.
