86barettaguy
Used to practice shotokan karate. had to give it up when I moved and haven't taken it up due to the lack of a suitable club around here. it's a shame though. there are times when I'm really in the mood for some kumite... rokstr
I did Tae Kwon Do and Hop Ki Do for a while. Self defense stuff, I was 13 or 14 when I started. I got up to blue belt in both then couldn't afford it anymore.

sjaguar13
I did Karate for 4 years. Made it to brown tip. Big waste of time. I wish I never did it. I could of spent those 4 years playing guitar, at least that would have gotten me somewhere.
9of7 X 3of2
I do Tai Chi Quong every day for an hour. I follow a vidoe tape made by a Grand Master, so its pretty much free training. If I had to pay every month, I wouldnt be doing it. Someday if I can ever afford it, I'd like to get into Shoalin. Its all about the drunken monkey style baby!! Ace
I did Shotokan Karate up to the blue belt. I had started with Tae Kwon Do but after like two months I switched to Karate because some friends of mine did it. One of those girls has the black belt now I think. In my Gym they offered a Wing Tsun self defense class which was cool but they don't have that no more. I'd like to do Jeet Kune Do or Krav Maga but it's hard to find something like that here. I don't want to do any of that Tae Bo crap either so my gym doesn't give me an option anymore. Mind you, I say Tae Bo crap only because it doesn't have that much of a self defense aspect, it's a fun aerobics alternative, but not really a martial art. If I had time I would like to do some classical Kung Fu or Ninjutsu but time is precious and my guitar skills need time, too... so long ace
Drak
Yeah. A loong time ago! I studied under Don Bitanga for about 3 years, who was a 5th Dan in the Phillipines if memory serves correct. It was his own slice-n-dice mixture, based mainly on Karate and kick-boxing type of stuff.
