  12. Truck Stop Guitar

I made this guitar for my Grandson, he ask if I could build him one. I ask him him to give me ten words that would describe a guitar he would like, and this is what happened. Hand carved pine body with eagle and a wood hardner added. DiMarzio Bluesbucker Pickup, wrap around bridge, tone and volume controls. I totally refurbished a neck that I had off another guitar, it is glued to the body.

  14. Mini LP

Travel guitar we built for me. Based on LP Studio, but reduced size and features detachable neck with brass inserts, so it's easily taken apart and fits in a carry-on bag.

  25. mT #1

    Tele style #1

This is my first scratch built Tele style guitar. It's my second scratch built 6 string.

    Here are the specs:

    - Poplar neck with red oak fretboard, finished in Tru Oil
    - GFS Lil Puncher Modern Vintage dual rail pups
    - Les Paul selector switch
    - Pine 2X4 and Lowes round pine table top
    - All black hardware (excepting the white selector switch tip)
    - RIT transparent scarlet dye, finished with shellac, then lacquer
    - Aluminum nut
    Pretty standard otherwise.

The neck is very chunky, but the action is superb. It plays and sounds fantastic.
