  4. With a new guitar you can change/upgrade the pickups, modify the elctronics, level/crown/dress the frets... Those are the first things I would start with.
  5. Talk about close minded! "OMG!!!!! They put a trem on an LP!!!!!" Boohoo!!! Hahahaa..

  9. The bassist in one of the bands I am in is a lefty playing right. It doesnt really matter what hand you lead with when it comes to instruments. When you first begin you have no clue what you are doing anyway.
  10. I love how the back of the body and the neck looks....killer guitar!
  11. It doesnt really look like Merbau to me. I have a bit of Merbau, its a lot more red in color and has small black grain all through out it. Plus it has no where near as many little channels as that. I could be wrong though...haha wouldnt be the first time. it just looks like some Mahogany to me...I have some really old mahagony that is about that dark in my garage.
  12. hAHA.. Is that sarcasm?? Hahhaa.. The body shape is not even cut so how can it be blocky?
  13. There doesnt need to be a definable gap...A drum sander or planer will fix it. Take it to a cabinet shop...................with the sixer
  14. If your going to paint it a solid color you can just use a 2 part epoxy that you can get at any hardware store. Works great.
  15. Take your time and do it again yourself. Dont abbandon it just becuase it didnt come out perfect the first time. You will never learn any thing from that..
  16. Dont you mean just like every other pop pile O'crap?
