  1. That's really coming along nicely Wez!!! Can't wait to see the completed project!
  2. Got this earlier in the week: Ordered as a small batch of 10 guitars, these feature an alder body with swimming pool route, 22 jumbo frets on an ebony fretboard, quartersawn maple neck with bullet truss rod, 1-5/8" nut width, black plated brass hardtail bridge with stainless saddles, Duncan Custom bridge humbucker, DiMarzio SDS1 middle and neck single coils, snow white finish with matching Fender licensed headstock.
  3. Cool Project. How is it coming along? I just got a Charvel Custom Shop that is very close to this, it has a Duncan Custom in the bridge though, the SDS-1's are not slanted and the fretboard is ebony.
  4. Beautiful job on the Explorer. Nice scalloping on the LP!!!
  5. You could always get her the Squier Mini.
  6. Oh, that kind of bridge. I was going to try and sell you the one I keep in Brooklyn.
  7. I went with Family Guy, Simpsons and South Park are getting old. King of the Hill shoulda been on the list though. Fritz the Cat was great . I loved the "pigs". Tha Aardvark was cool too. "I'm a failure as a pot smoker". That cracked me up. I hope I'm remembering that line correctly. It's been about 15 years since I've seen Fritz.
  8. DSL here. Kinda goes in and out on stormy days.
  9. Their custom shop strats are nice, other than that I'd use em for target practice. The Widow headstock looks like a scrotum holder.
  10. Gibson SG Special Fender Standard Fat Strat Jackson Dinky DK2 Agile LP 2500 Squier Affinity Strat Mini Squier On Order: Jackson DK2LE: It's a 35 piece run of Snow White DK2's with maple fretboard, matching White Headstock, Black Jackson Logo, Black Hardware and a single EMG 81.
  11. WOW, all these tips and lessons are great. Thanks!!!!
  12. Not sure if this belongs here or in another forum. But Anyway, I found an old In-Line-Effects XE-751 Electric Tube/Hot Metal pedal and was wondering if anybody had ever heard of it before? It belonged to a friend of mine back in the mid 80's and he gave it to me in 1987 to see if I could fix it,(I was in Electronics school at the time). I must have put it away and forgotten about it and my mother sent a bunch of my stuff to me recently and this pedal was in the stuff. Has anybody ever heard of this company? Does anybody know where I could get a schematic for this thing? I think it will be a fairly easy fix. It has no power and I think it'll be fairly easy to trace once I get a Multi-meter to track down the loss of power. Thanks for any help or info you can give me!!!
  13. I know a few of you guys bought Agiles a while back as I did myself. Just wondering how you're liking em. I still love mine and I just found this on The Rondo site: 2500 12 String And another beauty by Agile: Gorgeous

  15. I think Fender uses some type of brass on there Mexican models. The wood around the fret ends on my Fat Strat is turning green and I'm assuming is because of sweat and brass.
  16. Talked to Kurt at Rondo music yesterday and there will be an Agile LP with an ebony fretboard in 2004. I have an Agile now and love it. I know a few others here have gotten Agiles, after having them a while how do you feel about them now and what have you done if anything to modify them?
  17. Actually I think he's been huffing the paint.
  18. Welcome aboard Sully, glad you made it over here!!!
  19. Beautiful Axe!!! Here's the one I got in April. I love this guitar: http://www.boomspeed.com/jreilly37/AgileLP.jpg My other guitars are feeling neglected. I now use my Strat for Open G tuning and my poor Jackson has been in it's case since I got the Agile. My SG still sees a fair amount of playing time especially when I'm in an AC/DC mood. I think the actual weight of the Agile is 10 lbs.
