skibum5545
I guess I'm the only firebird; I don't like it as a guitar so much as perhaps a LP or a PRS or Jem, but I love the thunderbird bass shape more than almost any other shape I can think of! southpaw rocker
your not the only firebird lover skibum. i love the shape. anyone seen GMP's firebird style guitar? I like theirs becasue it has more color options and better pup configs (in not really a minibucker fan) I think my next project will be a firebird style guitar. CGHbuilder86
A small jumbo size acoustic guitar with a florentine cutaway is my favorite guitar to play.

eddiewarlock
I voted other because my favorites are the BC Rich Warlock , and the Jackson Randy Rhoads and the Jackson Soloist and i mean the USA neckthru models, both the BC Rich and the Jacksons
PerryL
although I don't own one you can't deny the impact the Strat has had on music in general. From Country to Rock to Blues they paved the way for all the guitars we might mention today and it's just as popular today as it was way back then. lovekraft
Late 70s BC Rich Mockingbird shorthorn, Jackson King Vee and Roswell Rhoads, Rickenbacker 4001, Gittler Fishbone, Hagstrom "Batman", Warrior Soldier - and almost anything from the twisted mind of Semie Moseley. Momma always said I was a little different.
Stalefish
I love Strats but when it comes to body shape, I seem to have developed a fetish for those semi-hollows.. There's just something classy about them..
Jon Bell
I like the look and feel of Strats but I'd prefer Les Paul hardware.
