jammy
Another excellent guitar Hyunsu. I'd love to see you do a "special" project with perhaps a fancy inlay and some binding, something you've spent alot of time on.
Jehle
I'm starting to see a certain style associated with all of your guitars. They have your mark on them. Awesome work! Love the black guitar where you can see the grain.
hyunsu
thank... i know my headstock is not beautifull.. some people very hate my headstock.. but i love simple headstock.. yesterday. i checked this guitar's sound.. but sound is not good.. i think pickup choice is not good.. not connect guitar sound is amazing.. but.. amp sound is not good.. clean is some good but gain channel is not good.. so i change pickup.. some diffrent pickup... and anico pickup & EMG85.. i will find suitable pickup.. and guitar body weight is too heavy.. so.. i will make hole .. becuase of weight.. guitar building is some easy. but wanted sound make is not easy.. wood & electronic's combination is important.. i like bolt on neck.. because of when sound is not good.. i will change neck.. and sound is chage... so i allway make bolt on neck.. when i have conviction for wood.. i will make setin neck.. i'am allway learn and learn... guitar build is really funny.. and sad.. i am back home.. at late night when office job is end.. now i will go my working room.. late night 22:40 and replace pickup & test.. some pickup.. have nice day.. Duncan JB(br), 59(neck) replace sound is amazing... very very happy ... neck wood is merlbau.. rose wood fingerboard.. neck is not finished... send with #320, #400, #600 and use car polished compound. neck grip is best.. try your neck no finish.. great sound.. and great grip... GregP
Glad to hear you're happy with the feel of the neck, Hyunsu! I have to admit, I don't love the way the pickups look-- too much empty space. Unfortunately, to make it really 'tight', it would have to be a custom pickguard. The way you did it is the way manufacturers do it, though, so you're not in bad company. Greg
Mickguard
More pic ← Hi, Can you tell me what kind of finish you used for this? Stain? Paint? I'm trying to get something similar for my project....Nice!

verhoevenc
Man, I'm jealous, I wish I had enough time and money to sit and make some 20-30 guitars! I find it hard to get the time to fully build ONE every 6 months or so. And with the money constraint, even less lol Chris Nice work man

i-j-c
Hyunsu.. I've been following all your guitars from the beginning..I have to say the speed and quality of your work is stunning to say the least...you are a lesson to us all...great work man. I like that last strat...and without the belly cut looks different.. What I would like to see from you is another strat similar to this last one..but instead of rounding over the edges...put a binding on...I think Fender did (or still do) make a model like that...name escapes me though... Keep up the good work...you are an inspiration.

daveq
Incredible guitars hyunsu!!! I was thinking about what you said about your child's skin troubles: I noticed that you have built several guitars using bolivian rosewood - does it give you any skin irritation? It gave me hives for weeks (about 3 weeks) and all I did was sand it very lightly (just enough to remove a pencil mark). I know it's probably too obvious but I thought I would ask anyway - is there any chance that your child came in contact with dust from that wood? I hope it all works out for you. Taking care of the little ones is the top priority. I hope he or she feels better soon.
