canuckguitarist
I used to use those...alot. Back when I thought it was cool to use the heaviest picks I could find! Now they are just too.....big for my tastes......
Snork
lol same. i used to use really heavy picks because i was an idiot who played random notes really fast and now i opt for a medium to light and sometimes heavy pick. but mostly i prefer the dunlop jazz 3s. i love the little click you get when you pick. its so reassuring for some odd reason. daveq
The pros use all sorts of thicknesses so don't think that you are doing the "right" thing by using any particular thickness. Just use whatever works best for your style.
antique_dream
Fender heavy gauge triangle picks. On heavy strings, it's harder to use medium or light picks, atleast for me. Also, I like having a larger pick to hold onto, the triangle ones are really huge, and fit my hand well.
